Skipper's Delight

Featuring Hibiscus Mango Ginger syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄2 oz gin
  • 3⁄4 oz Campari
  • 3 dashes of old fashioned bitters
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • 1⁄4 oz Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup
  • Orange and lemon twist


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass.
  2. Add ice for 10 -15 seconds.
    • If using small ice, such as ice from a refrigerator ice maker, fill so ice is not floating in liquid and stir for approximately 10 seconds
    • If using large cubes, add 1 or 2 large cubes and stir for approximately 15 seconds.
  3. Serve with Hawthorne strainer into a rock glass with a single large cube.
  4. Express both an orange and lemon twist over the glass and place both twists in the glass.
