We begin with Freeze-Dried fruit and in some cases dried flowers. After hydrating and extracting as much flavor from the solids as possible, we layer infusion ingredients like fresh zest from citrus, whole spices that are hand milled with a mortar and pestle, and in some cases freshly grated ginger and dried Persian limes. Once the flavors have fully infused in water, they go through two additional filtration processes to remove all particulates. Finally, natural sugar from the fruit is determined and the needed amount of beet sugar is added to create our rich syrup.

Precision Syrups demo parties are interactive events designed for everyone, from cocktail and mocktail novices to seasoned enthusiasts. Choose between 2-4 rounds of cocktail-making fun to suit your preferences.

Demos are either open to the public (events, local markets and retailers) or with a group party in your home.
