Sangria - Single and Batch Recipes
Single Serve Ingredients:
- 4 oz dry red wine (such as Pinot Noir)
- ¼ oz Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup*
- Fresh fruit of your choice (suggestion: orange slices, lemon slices, frozen mango)
*If you like a sweeter Sangria, add ½ oz syrup.

Directions:
1. Determine how many servings you would like to make. Example, 4 servings = 16 oz dry red wine, 1 oz Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup
2. Add calculated amounts of dry red wine and Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup to your serving decanter and stir
3. Add fresh fruit
4. Chill
5. Serve
Big Batch of Sangria 1 Gallon = 128 oz Ingredients:
- 1 - 16 oz dry red wine such as Pinot Noir
- 7.25 oz Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup
- 1 thinly sliced lime in half slices
- 1 thinly sliced lemon in half slices
- 2 cups of ice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large gallon size pitcher.
- Serve each portion with a slice of lemon, lime, or both.
- Reduce to 114 oz to accommodate fruit and ice in the recipe. This will create 29, 4 oz servings.
