Thank you for choosing Precision Syrups! We are excited to get your delicious syrups to you as soon as possible. This policy outlines the shipping options and timelines for domestic orders within the United States.

Processing:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.

Shipping Methods:

• We currently offer two shipping options for domestic orders:

• Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option and typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

• Expedited Shipping: This option gets your order to you faster, with delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order weight and chosen shipping method at checkout. Occasionally, we will offer promotions that give a percentage off of shipping. These will be advertised on Facebook, and sometimes additional social media sites. Email subscribers will receive additional shipping promotions periodically.

Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.  

Delivery Times:

• Please note that the delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience additional processing time.

International Shipping:

• We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are always working to expand our reach, so please check back for updates in the future.

Returns and Exchanges:
