Salty Rudder

Salty Rudder
Ingredients:
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1⁄2 oz Fernet Branca
  • 1⁄4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 oz Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Garnish with orange or lemon twist (to taste)

Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir for 10 - 15 seconds to chill
  3. Serve in a rocks glass with a single large cube using a Hawthorne strainer.
  4. Express orange or lemon twist over the glass and place twist in glass.
