Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within seven [7] days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened.

  • Any items that are open, or damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact us here to initiate a return.

  2. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  5. If eligible, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges:

  • We will gladly exchange your product for a different flavor, subject to availability.

  • If the exchange item has a different price, you will be responsible for any price difference.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of exchange items.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.  

  • Please provide photos or documentation of the damaged or incorrect item.

 

Additional Notes:

  • Please retain the shipping confirmation and tracking information until your return is processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
