HMG Whiskey Sour

*Click for instructions to make your own liqueur using our Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup

  1. In a shaking tin, add sliced ginger. Pour Hibiscus Mango Ginger syrup over ginger and muddle.
  2. Add whiskey, HMG liqueur, and lemon juice to tin.
  3. Add egg white to mixture.
  4. Shake for 12 seconds (WITHOUT ice) – The shaker tins will want to separate and explode. HOLD TIGHT!
  5. Add ice to shaker tins then shake again for 12 – 15 seconds.
  6. Serve in glass with Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer in a coupe glass. Garnish with an expressed lemon twist.
