Last Days of Summer
  • 1 oz. Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup
  • 3⁄4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer (Belvoir Farm Organic Ginger Beer preferred)
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
  2. Add ice to shaking tin. Shake for 8 - 10 seconds.
  3. HOLD ON TIGHT! The carbonated ginger beer will want to pop your tins apart.
  4. Serve in a Collins glass over ice.
  • Note: This drink is shaken with the ginger beer to purposefully lose some of the carbonation. If you prefer more carbonation in this drink follow these steps:

    1.  Add the syrup and lemon juice in shaking tin.
    2. Add ice to the tin. Stir for 8 - 10 seconds.
    3. Add ice to a Collins glass.
    4. Add Ginger beer over the ice.
    5. Add stirred syrup and lemon juice over the ginger beer.
