Three B's Spritz

Makes two drinks

Ingredients:

• 2 oz vodka (Reyka)
• 2 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz MI Blueberry Spice Syrup
• 2 - 4 oz soda water
• 6 blackberries
• 3 medium size basil leaves
• 1 oz Pernod or enough volume to wash the glass

1. Chill a tumbler or rocks glass if you have time. If not, fill each glass with ice and water, stir until the glass is chilled fully. When chilled dump ice and water.
2. Wash the glass with Pernod: Pour in 1⁄2 oz in each glass. Swirl the Pernod in the glass until the inside of the glass is coated and dump the excess liquid.
3. In a shaker tin, add basil leaves, blackberries and MI Blueberry Spice syrup. Muddle together.
4. Add vodka, and lime juice.
5. Add ice cubes and shake for 10 - 15 seconds.
6. Add ice to each glass. Serve with a Hawthorne strainer and mesh strainer.
7. Top with 1 - 2 oz of soda water to taste, and lightly stir drink.
8. Add a small lime twist for garnish.
