  1. Make mango chai tea: (can make up to 2 days in advance)
    • In a saucepan add the following
      • 8oz lowfat milk
      • 8 oz water
      • 1⁄4 tsp ginger powder
      • 1⁄2 tsp ground black pepper
      • 1⁄2 cup freeze dried mango
      • 2 bags of Twinings Chai Tea.
    • Bring to a low bowl and then simmer for an additional 10 min.
    • While simmering crush mango in the liquid to enhance flavor.
    • Strain tea with fine mesh strainer into container.
    • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  2. Make Drink
    • In a shaking tin, add all ingredients.
    • Add a large ice cube and 2 small ice cubes to tin.
    • Shake at 12 -15 seconds until chilled.
    • Serve in glass with Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer (double strain) into a coupe glass.
    • Garnish with an expressed lemon twist.
    • Makes 2 - 3 drinks
