Flavored Creams
Ingredients:
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 4 oz Precision Syrup of your choice
- 1.5 tsp 210S* (Not required, but recommended for cream used in drinks)
*210S is a natural emulsifying agent (gum acacia, xanthan gum). This prevents curdling when the cream is added to cocktails / mocktails. It can be purchased at www.modernistpantry.com
Directions:
- Stir the 210 S into the heavy cream
- Stir the syrup into the heavy cream.
