Ingredients:

¾ oz mezcal (suggested: Del Maguey Chichicapa)

¾ oz Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto

¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ oz Precision Syrups Raspberry Crescendo Syrup

¼ oz alpine herbal liqueur (suggested: Eastern Kille Genepy)

Lemon twist garnish

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist
