Ingredients:

¾ oz Mezcal of choice

¾ oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz Precision Syrups Raspberry Crescendo Syrup

¼ oz alpine herbal liqueur (such as Génépy)

Lemon peel garnish and black salt swath (optional)

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist
