Bootlegger's Gift

Ingredients:

• 2 oz bourbon (recommend 100 proof)
• ¼ oz Cranberry Santé Syrup
• 2 - 3 dashes of Bolivar bitters (may substitute with Angostura bitters)
• 1 dash of orange bitters

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin or mixing glass.
2. Fill glass ½ - ¾ full with ice. Stir quickly for about 10 seconds.
3. Serve over single large ice cube in a chilled rocks glass using a Julep or Hawthorne strainer.
4. Express orange peel over surface of drink.
