Yuletide Rendezvous

Ingredients:

• 2 oz rye whiskey (Bulleit)
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• ½ oz Cranberry Santé Syrup
• ¼ oz Domaine de Canton liqueur
• ½ oz Water Hill Cranberry liqueur
• ½ oz egg white
• 3 drops aromatic bitters and cranberries to garnish

Directions:

1. In a shaking tin, add whiskey, lemon juice, Cranberry Sante syrup, Domaine de Canton liqueur, Water Hill Cranberry liqueur, and egg white.
2. Shake without ice for 12-15 seconds. HOLD TIGHT.
3. Add ice to shaker and shake for 12 -15 seconds.
4. Add 3 frozen cranberries in glass. Serve with Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer in a chilled coupe or martini glass. Finish with drops of aromatic bitters on top of cocktail.
