The Vincent
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1⁄4 oz MI Blueberry Spice Syrup
- 2 dashes of celery bitters
- 4 slices of celery (1/4 inch thick)
Directions:
- In a mixing glass muddle celery slices with syrup.
- Add remaining ingredients to mixing glass.
- Add ice to mixing glass so ice is not floating. Stir until chilled 10 - 12 seconds.
- Serve with Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with halved blueberries and celery.
