Midnight Run
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rye whiskey (Bulleit)
- 1 oz MI Blueberry Spice Liqueur*
- 1⁄2 oz lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz MI Blueberry Spice Syrup
- 3-4 basil leaves (enough to cover bottom of shaker tin)
- Pinch red pepper flakes (to taste)

Directions:
- In a shaking tin, add basil leaves, red pepper flakes. Cover with MI Blueberry spice syrup and muddle until leaves are bruised.
- Add whiskey, MI Blueberry Spice liqueur, and lemon juice to tin.
- Add ice to shaker and shake for 12-15 seconds.
- Serve in glass double strained with Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer in a rocks glass with a single large rock.
- Garnish with basil.
