Blueberry Spice Lemonade

Blueberry Spice Lemonade
  • 2.5 oz gin
  • 2.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz MI Blueberry Spice syrup
  • Fresh herb of choice - lemon verbena or mint are great options.

  1. Add herb leaves to shaker tin; enough to generously cover the base of the tin. Pour half the syrup over the leaves and muddle.
  2. Add remaining syrup, lemon juice and gin.
  3. Add ice to tin and shake until chilled, approximately 12 - 15 seconds
  4. Serve using a Hawthorne and mesh strainer over ice in a glass such as a rocks glass or tumbler.
  5. Garnish with thin lemon wheel and a sprig of the herb used to muddle in the drink.
