Spring Fling Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Barbados Rum
  • 1/4 oz Creme de Violet
  • 1/2 oz Raspberry Crescendo syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3 mint leaves muddled
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Directions:

  1. Muddle mint leaves with Raspberry Crescendo syrup.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to shaking tin.
  3. Add ice to tin and shake until chilled, approximately 12 - 15 seconds.
  4. Fill rocks glass with ice.
  5. Using a Hawthorne strainer, serve into coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
