Spring Fling Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Barbados Rum
- 1/4 oz Creme de Violet
- 1/2 oz Raspberry Crescendo syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 mint leaves muddled
- Mint sprig for garnish
Directions:
- Muddle mint leaves with Raspberry Crescendo syrup.
- Add remaining ingredients to shaking tin.
- Add ice to tin and shake until chilled, approximately 12 - 15 seconds.
- Fill rocks glass with ice.
- Using a Hawthorne strainer, serve into coupe glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
