Raspberry Lavender Gimlet
Ingredients:
- 1/2 - 3/4 oz Raspberry Crescendo syrup (according to taste)
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 2 oz London Dry Gin (we like Beefeaters or Plymouth)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for 12 - 15 seconds until chilled.
- Double strain with a Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime twist.
- Enjoy!
