SGL Evening Haze

SGL Evening Haze
Ingredients:
  • 2 oz cachaca (Cachaca 51)
  • 1 oz St. Germaine
  • 1⁄2 oz Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz grapefruit juice (save the ride to cut wide twist for expressing and garnish)
  • Lime wedge - medium to large

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin or mixing glass.
  2. Stir until chilled, approximately 10 - 12 seconds.
  3. Fill a high ball glass with crushed ice 3⁄4 full.
  4. Serve over ice.
  5. Squeeze lime wedge (juice) over the top of the drink.
  6. Express grapefruit twist over drink and garnish drink with the twist.
