Purple Paradise

Ingredients:

2 oz Long Road Sovereign Gin (or other butterfly pea flower gin of choice)

1 oz Precision Syrups Raspberry Crescendo liqueur *

½ oz fresh lemon juice

¼ oz Precision Syrups Raspberry Crescendo Syrup

2-3 cucumber slices

Directions:

1. In a shaking tin, add cucumber slices with Raspberry Crescendo Syrup and muddle.

2. Add in the gin, Raspberry Crescendo liqueur, and lemon juice.

3. Add ice to the shaker tin and shake for 10-15 seconds until chilled.

4. Using a Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer, pour cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.

5. Garnish with a cucumber slice or cucumber ribbon.
