Silver Beach Blueberry Fizz

• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1⁄2 oz MI Blueberry Spice Syrup
• 1⁄2 oz cream of coconut
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 2 1⁄2 oz ginger beer

1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
2. Add ice to shaker tin.
3. Shake for 12 - 15 seconds.
4. Pour over highball glass filled half way with crushed ice
5. Add ginger beer
