Park Slope (Our version of a Manhattan)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rye whiskey
- 1/2 oz 20% Raspberry crescendo liqueur (see liqueur calculator)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 oz Extra Dry Vermouth
- drop of Raspberry Crescendo syrup
- 2 Lavender sprigs (culinary is best) for garnish
Directions:
- Wash coup or Nick and Nora glass with extra dry vermouth and drop of Raspberry Crescendo syrup. Dump the wash out.
- Pour remaining ingredients in a stirring glass with ice and stir for 12 - 15 seconds until chilled.
- Using a Hawthorne strainer, pour the stirred cocktail in glass.
- After drink is poured Pour a small amount of Raspberry Crescendo syrup into the base of the glass.
- Garnish with 2 sprigs of lavender clipped to the side of your glass.
- Enjoy!
