Forbidden Fruit

Featuring Raspberry Crescendo syrup

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Reposado tequila
  • 1/4 oz Pernod
  • ¼ - ½ oz Raspberry Crescendo syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz orange juice

 Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
  2. Add ice to tin and shake until chilled, approximately 12 - 15 seconds.
  3. Using a Hawthorne strainer, serve over a large rock (ice-cube) into a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a thin orange wheel.
