Forbidden Fruit Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Reposado tequila
- 1/4 oz Pernod
- ¼ - ½ oz Raspberry Crescendo syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz orange juice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
- Add ice to tin and shake until chilled, approximately 12 - 15 seconds.
- Using a Hawthorne strainer, serve over a large rock (ice-cube) into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a thin orange wheel.
