Big Batch of Silver Beach Blueberry Fizz (Mocktail) - 1 Gallon = 128 oz

Ingredients:

• 23 oz pineapple juice
• 11.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 11.5 oz coconut water (this is preferred over cream of coconut which is listed for a single serving, as it doesn’t separate in a batch)
• 11.5 oz MI Blueberry Spice Syrup (just under 1.5 bottles)
• 57.5 oz Ginger Beer

Directions:

1. Pour all ingredients in a large gallon size pitcher.
2. Stir. Add about 2 cups of ice.
3. Serve each portion with a lime wheel.
4. Reduce to 115 oz to accommodate ice. This will accommodate carbonation also, and yield 23 servings.
